EMEA and APAC regions, with a specialist focus on
Total Reward, HR Leadership and Executive
Appointments within high impact regulated sectors
including Pharma, Financial Services, Energy and
Facilities.
With extensive experience in hiring executive-level
leaders for both established and high-growth
businesses, Cathrine possesses a strong
understanding of leadership requirements, cultural fit,
and strategic alignment. Cathrine’s international HR
and Search background enables her to deliver
bespoke solutions that support sustainable business
performance and leadership excellence. Cathrine has
a vast HR and Reward network, having worked in
various international locations including the
Netherlands and the Cayman Islands before returning
to South Africa where she built her career from
agency to an in-house HRD role, before becoming the
founder of an HR Solutions recruitment agency.
