Alice Heffernan
Alice joins ENG/HSE as a Lead Principal Consultant with a focus on supporting the critical hire of ESG and Sustainability professionals in the Energy & Utilities industry. She brings more than a decade of recruitment experience, predominantly in executive search where she has honed the capability to fill the most difficult vacancies with near 100% success. For the last 5 years, Alice has specialised in working with the Energy & Utilities industry, where she has a deep knowledge and extensive network of specialists. Most recently spending 12 months at National Grid as their executive recruiter. In her spare time, of which she has very little, she spends time with her partner and two daughters. And, finds time for an occasional social trip to a dancefloor with friends.
