Job Title: Parts Advisor
Location: Buckinghamshire
Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 (Negotiable DOE), Company Pension Scheme, 25 Days Holiday, Life Assurance, Private Medical Healthcare, Training Available.

Job Description:

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Parts Advisor to join a globally recognised, well established construction equipment manufacturer. As a Parts Advisor, you’ll be at the heart of the aftersales operation, ensuring customers and internal teams receive the right parts, at the right time, every time. Responsibilities of the Role:

• Handling parts enquiries from customers and colleagues
• Identifying and supplying the correct parts accurately
• Provide technical support to customers and team members internally about spare parts
• Processing orders and managing deliveries
• Maintaining stock levels and carrying out inventory checks
• Liaising with suppliers to ensure availability and timely supply
• Booking training session for technicians

Requirements of Role:

• Previous experience in a parts role  
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Preferably IT literate
