Job Description:

 

We are looking for an experienced Lead Auditor (Quality) for a company who are aiming for ISO 9001 Certification by mid-2027. 

 

In this role, you will provide expert advice and guidance to the leadership team on ISO 9001 requirements, including but not limited to the following:

 

• First, carry out a gap analysis on where the current systems, policies and procedures stand compared to best-practice
  
  
• Identify areas for improvement, assess risks, and report findings
  
  
• Supervise and support with follow-ups on action points
  
  
• Prepare content for management review to report on effectiveness and suitability of existing QMS, with status updates on remedial actions and updates
  
  
• Establish a pathway for continuous improvement of QMS, 
  
  
• Preparation audits, ensure that all internal audits are carried out, and that the team is in the best possible shape for eventual external ISO 9001 audit
  
  

 

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• ISO 9001 lead auditor
  
  
• Experience providing expert advice in best-practice management systems, and implementation actions
  
  
• Industry exposure in construction or engineering
  
  
• Available ~24 hours per week, for a period of 12 - 24 months
  
  
• Fluent in Dutch and English
